I)PALMERS’ BASIC WASHING PROCEDURE: PAMLERS 基本清洗程序
Washing machine: Miele - Gala Grande W3000, Waterproof System

Washing detergent: Dixan – for white clothes & Fewa Wolle Magic - for coloured clothes

Palmers make simulated household linen - same as customers do it usually.

Palmers washing method depends on the material, colours and accessories.
Palmers的洗涤方法取决于材料，颜色和配件。
Palmers wash the samples according to the washing instruction (care label).

A) THE INFORMATION FOR WASHING TEST OF NIGHTWEAR / DAYWEAR:
A) 洗睡衣/服装测试信息：
Washing time for 30°C: 1h 13min; including filling material
30°C洗涤时间：1小時 13分鐘, 包括填充材料；
Washing time for 40°C: 1h 16min: including filling material
40°C洗涤时间：1小時 16分鐘, 包括填充材料
Nightwear and Daywear are dried hanging – the shirts and nightdresses on clothes hanger, the pants over the laundry rack.
睡衣和日間服装是干挂在衣架–衬衫和睡袍，在晾衣架的裤子。
Swatches (in accordance with DIN standard) & knitted clothes (Cardigans) are dried flat.
样本（按照DIN标准）及针织服装（衫）干燥平坦。
Terry fabric and velvet fabric are mainly dried in the tumbler, additionally.
除此之外, 毛圈织物和天鹅绒织物主要是在干燥的玻璃杯。
B) THE INFORMATION FOR WASHING TEST OF CORSETRY/ UNDERWEAR/ SWIMWEAR:
B）洗涤紧身衣/内衣/泳装测试信息：
Normally wash instruction method for padded cups bras - hand washing 1 time with about 30 minutes and temperature is between 30°- 35°.
通常洗杯胸罩衬垫洗手1次约30分钟，温度为30°- 35°之间。
For other items of corsetry, underwear and swimwear– will be washed 1 time with about 30 – 60 minutes and temperature is between 30°- 40° with the washing instruction on care label and put into laundry bag if it is noted on the care label.
若在标签注明, 其他的紧身衣，内衣和泳衣–将洗涤1次约30–60分钟，温度为30°- 40°与洗涤指示标签放入洗衣袋之间
C) THE INFORMATION FOR WASHING TEST OF ALL COMPONENTS:
C）清洗所有成衣配件的测试信息：
For padding, we washed it 5 times by hand and the water temperature is about 30°.
對於棉杯, 必需用手洗5次 和 水的温度是30°。
Elastic band or other material components: wash it 5 times by washing machine between 30°-40° or as described on the care labe.
橡根带或其他材料成分：洗5次，洗衣机30°- 40° 或 依据标签的描述。
II) PALMERS’ WEARING TEST Palmers 穿戴測試
PALMERS’ wearing test needs 5-8 days. The sample will be worn one day or one night, then it will be washed – this procedure is carried out 3 times in general.
Palmers穿戴測試需要穿戴5-8天。样品将穿一天或一个晚上，然后将洗–本程序是进行3次一般。
REMARKS: 备註:
Samples for a wearing test, wear and wash the samples 3 to 4 times; Palmers pick from all articles of a season some styles to do a wearing test. When the wearing test after 3 to 4 times is finished; these samples could be worn a longer time. If there is a defect, Palmers will inform the supplier, because Palmers want to avoid that customers will be annoyed. For this procedure Palmers don’t have a fixed rule.
一个穿着试样，穿戴和冲洗样品的3～4倍；Palmers选择在每季的一些风格的物品都做了穿戴试验。当穿戴试验后的3到4倍的完成；这些样本可以佩戴一个较长的时间。如果有一个缺陷，Palmers 會通知供应商，為避免顾客会不滿。 Palmers没有一个固定的规则。
Generally, Palmers don’t make wearing tests on proto sample. They make wearing tests on size-set samples if they are made of original fabric. Definitely, Palmers will do wearing test on pre-production washing samples.
