• Be designed and constructed to prevent spills or leaks from contaminating surface water or ground water, or from entering storm drains or sewers.

应防雨，防水，防止危险废弃物渗入雨水管网

• Be posted with labels and signatures in accordance with applicable regulations. Ata minimum, each label shall include the type of waste and appropriate hazard warnings.

依法张贴标签。标签应至少包含废弃物种类和警示标志等信息。

Waste Inventory 废弃物清单

The factory should document and maintain an inventory of all waste generated.

工厂应书面记录废弃物产生清单。

The factory should measure its hazardous and non-hazardous waste generation volume, in order to establish waste reduction and recycling (if applicable) goals. The waste generation volume should be recorded at least monthly.

工厂应至少按月记录危险和非危险废弃物产生量，以制定废弃物减量和回收目标。

Waste Inventory  废弃物清单

The waste inventory shall include but not limit to:

• Name of the waste stream 废弃物名称或来源

• Generated quantities of waste per month 每月产生量

• Waste category (hazardous or non-hazardous) 分类

• The method of disposal, recycling or other disposition for all waste 处理方式

• Names of waste transport and disposal vendors. 回收商信息
