Auditor denied entrance to the factory or denied access to any portion of the audit requirements

Red Unauthorized 红灯 -未被授权
Assessment due toserious high-risk violations 严重高风险违规
Red Failed 红灯不合格
Most Serious Violations 最严重违规
RED Disapproved 红灯-冻结
· Factory receives 3 Orange assessments in a 2 year period 工厂2年内得3个橙灯
· Current purchase orders can ship for 180 days 目前的订单可以在180天内装船发运（自审核之日起）
· No new/future order(s) may be placed with the factoryfor a minimum of one year 至少1年内不能接新订单
· Supplier/Factory & Merchant/Buyer will be notifiedof their 2nd Orange assessment
当工厂在2年内得2个橙灯时，我们会通知供应商 /业务采购 /买手
· After the one year period, the factory can bere-audited. 1年后工厂可激活复审
· Factory must receive a yellow or green assessment priorto purchase orders being placed.
工厂须取得黄灯或者绿灯才可以接订单
· If a factory does not receive an acceptable auditassessment, it will remain disapproved.
如果工厂没有取得黄灯或绿灯，工厂将继续保持冻结的状态
RED Denied红灯-拒绝检查
· Auditor is denied access to a factory or dormitories 审核员被拒绝进入厂区或宿舍
·Denied access to relevant documentation suchas:拒绝提供相关文件，如:
payroll documents 工资纪录
time cards 考勤纪录
contracts 劳动合同
worker interviews 员工访谈
·All Purchase Orders (POs) will be cancelled所有订单将会被取消
·No shipment will be allowed不许出货
·All production not shipped will be cancelled未装船的货物将被取消
·Factory can be reactivated upon an auditrequest submitted via Retail Link and a reaudit by using a 3rd party auditfirm
with acceptable audit results.
工厂通过零售链递交重新审核申请并由第三方审核并须取得可接受审核结果后才会被重新激活
NOTE: Future orders willnot be placed until the factory is re-audited with an acceptable result
提示：工厂只有在重新审核并取得可接受的结果后才可以接订单
