The factory should send its hazardous waste to a licensed waste handler and transporter, as required by local laws and regulations, and should maintain relevant documents.

Training is required for all employees on disposing, storing, and handling waste.

A waste management training should be conducted at least once every 12months in the factory. Ensure new hires are properly trained.
