5 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY 管理职责
5.1. Management commitment 管理承诺
Management shall be committed to the implementation of the Code and the Operators own
specific quality requirements in order to ensure feed safety and predefined quality of products

5.2. Quality and safety policy 质量和安全方针

a) establish a quality and safety policy, ensure that objectives are established, clearly state the
companies obligation to produce safe and legal feed products covered by FAMI- QS scope and
to respect their customers requirements;

b) communicate this policy throughout the organisation, which shall be understood by all staff
involved in the production of products covered by FAMI-QS scope.

c) provide the necessary resources for the fulfilment of the quality and safety policy;

d) ensure that all key aspects of the Management and HACCP systems are documented,
reviewed, updated and communicated to key staff as frequently as might be necessary.
