现厂房位于工业园同胜路101号，占地面积超过7400平方米，实际厂房建筑面积近5000平方米。多玛苏州工厂现生产闭门器，地弹簧、门类五金配件、自动门系列产品以及活动隔音隔断产品。
多玛门控（苏州）有限公司在中国北京、上海、南京、杭州、武汉、天津、沈阳、西安、重庆、济南、广州、深圳、海南、云南等地区设有办事处，并负责推广及销售公司的产品和提供售后服务及技术咨询。多玛苏州工厂产品以国内销售为主，部分产品销往海外市场，并将随着公司的发展，逐步扩大外销比例。
