3.3 Regulatory requirements regarding packaging
3.3.1Caution sentence on polybags or equivalents
The following information must be printed in each language relevant to the countries of distribution on all polybags or equivalent with an opening perimeter larger than 380mm and that could be delivered to the consumer:
« Caution: To avoid risk of choking or suffocation, keep out of reach of children. This bag is not a toy. »
3.3.2Distribution in the European Union : indication of the material’s acronym on the secondary packaging
According to the European directive 2004/12/EC of 11/02/2004, all secondary packaging must be printed with the material acronym when it is possible.

3.3.3Distribution in the European Union: indication of the Green Dot
For all European distribution, the Green Dot license symbol must be printed if possible on the packaging, only if L’OREAL has paid the eco-tax to Eco-Emballage. Green Dot is the sign of L’OREAL contribution to reduce packaging environmental impacts.
For any products, the Green Dot must have a diameter of 10mm when it is possible, and, in any case, less than 3 mm.
