6.1 受核工厂应有一套保障工人免受精神虐待或肉体虐待的纪律常规程序文件：The facility should have a written procedure regarding disciplinary practices which provides freedom from mental or physical abuse.
6.2 受核工厂须将该套程序通报全体员工：The procedure should be communicated to all employees.
